
Recently I have started making my apples and pears again. For awhile I didn't have a red or yellow glaze. I have started making the apples in anticipation of the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival that I am going to have a booth on October 3rd. I like to serve my
Waldorf Salad in the apple and a
Pear & Walnut salad in the pear. Today I unloaded the glaze load and had
alot of small gift items (brie bakers, berry bowls, gravy boats & pedestals) Earlier in the morning I made 2 extra large vases.
